been to a few of these over the years though this branch has something over the others, the staff! Came here for my lads birthday treat with his friends, from the start when we were booking this the staff went the extra mile to advise options and best prices answering all of our questions. even on the day the staff member (James) welcomed us and really put everyone at ease. He went out of his way to make my lad’s birthday special, I can’t thank him enough.

We had my son’s 8th birthday here with his friends and the had a great time from start to finish! The hosts James and Max were really helpful and made it a relaxed event for us by their engagement with the kids. They even managed to talk my wife and I into joining a game which was such good fun. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a fantastic birthday celebration at the Laser Quest, Newcastle-under-Lyme. The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. They were very efficient with the party arrangements. I would highly recommend this place.

We have had a 9th Birthday party at Laser Quest Loughborough and they were incredible! They took such good care of the kids, organised them all, had drinks, ice pops and pizza ready for them so there was no waiting around. They constantly checked in on the parents offering drinks etc to make sure they were happy. Jude in particular made a real fussy of my birthday boy! I can’t recommend them enough!

We were here for a birthday party on Sunday. Rhys went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after – he even kept my 4 year old daughter entertained, making sure she didn’t get bored waiting. Amazing experience. Well done Rhys – will definitely be back.

My son had his 8th birthday party here today. I cannot praise James and his crew enough. They really looked after everyone and a fantastic time was had by all. Much fun, great option for no hassle birthday party. Highly recommended.
